Theatre Department Fair Share Fees cover:

Texas Thespian Festival: $380

  • Registration (2 plated dinners, workshops & shows included) $150
  • Hotel Room (per room, per night & room sleeps 4) $ 180.00  -Individual Fee Per Student $135
  • Audition, competition event, and troupe fees included $25
  • Charter Bus Transportation included $70

Production Fees for the year: $150 (Production Fees are required of all theatre students)

I am a Musical Theatre Certificate student that is not a Theatre major. Do I have to pay Theatre Department Fair Share Fees?

No. Musical Theatre Certificate students that are Dance and Choral Studies majors can pay for each component separately: $380 for Texas Thespian Festival due August 21, 2017, $75 Production Fees due at the start of each rehearsal process when cast, and $17 for a Theatre Department t-shirt due October 2, 2017.


3 steps to paying McCallum Theatre Department Fair Share Fees & Registering for Texas Thespian Festival

1. Fill out the registration form below.

  • REGISTRATION FORM DUE AUGUST 21, 2017

2. Place $530 payment in an envelope with your name on it and hand directly to the Theatre Faculty or place in the
white mailbox outside of the Theatre office. Checks, cash, or money order accepted.

  • Please make checks payable to MacTheatre.
  • Please write the student's name in the memo line if paying by check. 
  • Over the summer payment can also be mailed to PO Box 29034, Austin, TX, 78755
  • PAYMENT DUE AUGUST 21, 2017

3. Complete and sign the Texas Thespian Festival Acceptance and Consent Form and hand directly to the Theatre Faculty or place in the white mailbox outside of the Theatre office by August 25, 2017 as registration is due on September 1st in order to secure our hotel rooms.  We will not be able to accept late registration.
