42nd street: spring musical 2019

  • All auditioning must have this form filled out in full in order to be seen to audition.

  • Audition order will be determined by online submission order of this form.

  • Vocal Audition Monday November 12 from 5 pm - 7:45 pm on the MAC stage. Please prepare 16-32 bars of an uptempo golden age musical theatre song.

  • All auditioning must attend the dance call in order to be considered for casting. Dance Call Tuesday November 13 from 5 pm - 8 pm on the MAC stage. Please come dressed and prepared to dance all styles including tap, ballet, and jazz.

  • Callbacks for roles will be by invitation only Wednesday, November 14 from 5 pm - 7 pm in the MAC. For callbacks,  please be prepared to read and sing sides from the script. *Please note that the buses for TX Thespians will depart immediately following callbacks for 42nd Street.

Lead – she is the triple threat in the show – must sing, act and dance very well

Dorothy Brock – Used to being the ‘star’ in her youth
